Due to the critical epidemiological situation, continuing restrictions on organizing public events and the danger of our exhibitors and visitors, Eesti Näituste AS has decided to cancel the international fairs Estbuild 2021 and Interior 2021 . Instead of the cancelled fairs we have joined our forces and will organize the Tallinn Building and Interior Fair on August 26- 28, 2021.
The decision to cancel the fairs already in the second spring was not made easily, considering that these are the largest trade fairs in their field in Estonia, which are also important in the marketing plans of many companies and have an international base. We also considered the possibility of bringing trade fairs to a virtual environment, which has been widely practiced throughout Europe over the past year, but customer feedback gave a clear preference to contact fairs even in difficult circumstances, so we considered it necessary to join forces to launch a new project.
The corona pandemic presents difficult choices for trade fair organizers, the whole sector is severely paralyzed by the pandemic and only a few trade fairs can take place in their usual times under limited conditions. We hope that the increase in the vaccination rate will contribute to the faster opening of society and the relaunch of the entire trade fair sector.
The fairs Estbuild and Interior are planned to be organized again at the usual times in the spring of 2022.
Hereby, we are pleased to invite all construction companies to participate in the Tallinn Construction and Interior Design Fair, which will take place on August 26-28 and offer a business platform at a time when direct contacts with today’s and tomorrow’s customers have been limited. I also attach the conditions of participation in the fair in the attachment. I hope that the companies that expressed a wish to participate in the fair Estbuild 2021 will find a place for the Tallinn Construction and Interior Fair in their marketing plans as well and we will be able to adapt these reservations to the new concept.
